- ऐसे कैंडिडेट जिन्होंने MMSKY पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण तो किया है, लेकिन अपनी प्रोफाइल पूर्ण नहीं की है।
- ऐसे कैंडिडेट जिन्होंने अपनी प्रोफाइल पूर्ण कर ली है, लेकिन किसी भी vacancy के लिए कोई आवेदन जमा नहीं किया है।
- ऐसे प्रतिष्ठान जिन्होंने MMSKY पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण तो किया है, लेकिन आज तक अपनी प्रोफाइल पूर्ण नहीं की है।
- ऐसे प्रतिष्ठान जिन्होंने पंजीकरण कर लिया है, लेकिन आज तक कोई vacancy post या bifurcated नहीं की है।
Notice regarding the removal of inactive profiles
Under this process, unused and inactive accounts will be removed from the portal and archived in the records based on the following criteria.
These profiles will belong to users who have not been active for a long time. The following users are included:
- Candidates who have registered on the MMSKY portal but have not completed their profiles.
- Candidates who have completed their profiles but have not submitted an application for any vacancy.
- Establishments that have registered on the MMSKY portal but have not completed their profiles to date.
- Establishments that have completed registration but have not posted or bifurcated any vacancies to date.

योजना के अंतर्गत युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण देने वाले संस्थान का पंजीयन 07 जून 2023 से सतत चल रहा है और काम सीखने के इच्छुक युवाओं का पंजीयन 04 जुलाई 2023 प्रारंभ होकर निरंतर जारी है।
About the Scheme
Under the scheme, the registration process for establishments providing training to youth commenced on 07 June 2023. The registration of youth interested in on-the-job training commenced on 04 July 2023 and is currently ongoing.
पंजीयन
योजना के अंतर्गत युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने वाले प्रतिष्ठानों का पंजीयन 07 जून 2023 से प्रारंभ किया गया था। कार्य सीखने के इच्छुक युवाओं का पंजीयन 04 जुलाई 2023 से प्रारंभ किया गया। 15 जुलाई 2023 से युवाओं के आवेदन प्राप्त किए जाने लगे। 31 जुलाई 2023 से युवाओं, प्रतिष्ठानों एवं मध्य प्रदेश शासन के मध्य ऑनलाइन अनुबंध हस्ताक्षर की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की गई तथा 01 अगस्त 2023 से विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों में युवाओं का प्रशिक्षण विधिवत रूप से प्रारंभ होकर निरंतर जारी है।
प्रशिक्षण
मुख्यमंत्री सीखो कमाओ योजना में युवाओं को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री सीखो कमाओ योजना के माध्यम से, मध्य प्रदेश सरकार प्रदेश के युवाओं को उनके कौशल और प्रशिक्षण का संवर्धन करने में मदद कर रही है ताकि वे अच्छे रोजगार के अवसरों का लाभ उठा सकें।
Registration
Under the scheme, the registration process for establishments imparting training to youth was initiated on 07 June 2023. The registration of youth interested in on-the-job training was initiated on 04 July 2023 and continues to remain open. The application process for youth was initiated on 15 July 2023. Subsequently, effective from 31 July 2023, the process of executing online agreements among the youth, the respective establishments, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh was initiated. The training of selected youth at various establishments formally commenced on 01 August 2023 and is currently ongoing.
Training
Under the Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana, training is imparted to youth across various sectors. Through this initiave, the Government of Madhya Pradesh aims to strengthen the skills and competencies of the State’s youth, thereby enhancing their employability and facilitang access to improved employment opportunies.

- A new face authentication mechanism has been implemented for attendance on the mobile app, which requires everyone to first register their face before marking attendance. Face registration is available on both trainee and OJT authorized persons' logins. In case of mismatch, trainees can reset their face using OJT authorized person login.
- Attendance & Payroll module is made live on MMSKY Portal. Establishments are requested to update attendance and create payroll of joined student-trainees’

पंजीयन प्रक्रिया
योजना के अंतर्गत आवेदन पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुत किए जा सकते हैं। इस संबंध में निम्नानुसार प्रक्रिया निर्धारित की गई है।
अभ्यर्थी पंजीयन
- MMSKY पोर्टल पर अभ्यर्थी पंजीयन पर क्लिक करे ।
- आवश्यक निर्देश एवं पात्रता से सबंधित दस्तावेज़ों को ध्यान से पढ़े ।
- यदि आप पात्रता पात्र अभ्यर्थी है तो अपना समग्र आईडी दर्ज करे ।
- समग्र आईडी में पंजीकृत मोबाइल नं. पर भेजे गये OTP से मोबाइल नं. सत्यापित करे ।
- आपकी समग्र से जानकारी स्वतः ही प्रदर्शित की जाएगी आपके द्वारा एप्लीकेशन सबमिट किये जाने पर आपको SMS से यूजरनाम एवं पासवर्ड प्राप्त होगा, एवं आपको स्वतः ही लॉग इन करवाया जायेगा ।
- अपनी शैक्षणिक योग्यता दर्ज करे एवं सम्बंधित दस्तावेजों को संलग्न करे ।
- आपकी शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अनुसार कोर्स प्रदर्शित होंगे, जिनमें से आप कोई भी कोर्स को चुन सकते हैं।
- अभ्यर्थी उस स्थान का चयन कर सकता है जहाँ वह करने के लिए इच्छुक है।

- MMSKY पोर्टल पर संस्था पंजीयन पर क्लिक करें ।
- अधिकृत व्यक्ति की जानकारी दर्ज करें ।
- स्व घोषणा के बाद GSTIN दर्ज करें ।
- अनिवार्य जानकारी दर्ज करें ।
- एप्लीकेशन सबमिट करें ।
- यूजर आईडी एवं पासवर्ड पंजीकृत मोबाइल नं. पर प्राप्त होगा ।
- प्राप्त हुए यूजर आईडी एवं पासवर्ड के द्वारा संस्था लॉग इन कर सकेंगे ।
- संस्था की बेसिक जानकारी दर्ज करें ।
- EPF No. (यदि हो तो) के द्वारा कुल कर्मचारियो कि संख्या दर्ज करें ।
- Subcontractor की जानकारी दर्ज करें (यदि applicable हो)
Registration Procedure
Applications for the scheme can be submitted online through the portal. For this purpose, the following procedure is prescribed.
Registration of Candidates
- Click on “Candidate Registration” on the MMSKY portal.
- Carefully read the required instructions and eligibility-related documents.
- If you are an eligible candidate, enter your Samagra ID.
- Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent to the mobile number registered with the Samagra ID.
- Your details from the Samagra database will be displayed automatically. After submitting the application, you will receive your username and password via SMS, and you will be logged in automatically.
- Enter your educational qualifications and upload the relevant documents.
- Courses will be displayed according to your educational qualifications; you may select any one of the available courses.
- The candidate may select the location where they are willing to undergo training.
Registration of Establishment
- Click on “Establishment Registration” on the MMSKY portal.
- Enter the details of the authorized person.
- After self-declaration, enter the GSTIN.
- Enter the mandatory information.
- Submit the application.
- The User ID and password will be received on the registered mobile number.
- The establishment can log in using the received User ID and password.
- Enter the basic details of the establishment.
- Enter the total number of employees using the EPF Number (if available).
- Enter the details of the subcontractor (if applicable).
प्रशिक्षण
योजना के अंतर्गत चयनित युवाओं का पंजीयन मध्यप्रदेश राज्य कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार निर्माण बोर्ड (MPSSDEGB) द्वारा अनुमोदित SCVT courses में छात्र-अभ्यर्थी के रूप में किया जाता है। कोर्स की सूची योजना के पोर्टल https://mmsky.mp.gov.in/ पर उपलब्ध है। प्रत्येक कोर्स के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अवधि निर्धारित की गई है।
अभ्यर्थी पात्रता
- जिनकी आयु 18 से 29 वर्ष तक हो।
- जो मध्यप्रदेश के स्थानीय निवासी हों।
- जिनकी शैक्षणिक योग्यता 12वीं/आईटीआई उत्तीर्ण या उससे उच्च हो।
प्रतिष्ठान पात्रता
- प्रदेश के वे औद्योगिक एवं व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान, जिनके पास वैध जीएसटी (GST) पंजीयन उपलब्ध हैं, योजना के अंतर्गत पात्र होंगे।
- यह योजना समस्त श्रेणी के निजी प्रतिष्ठानों पर लागू होगी, जैसे- प्रोपराइटरशिप, एचयूएफ (HUF), कंपनी, पार्टनरशिप फर्म, ट्रस्ट, समिति आदि।
अभ्यर्थी लाभ
- उद्योग-उन्मुख प्रशिक्षण।
- नवीनतम तकनीक और नवीनतम प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण।
- व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण के दौरान स्टाइपेण्ड।
- मध्यप्रदेश राज्य कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार निर्माण बोर्ड (MPSSDEGB) द्वारा State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) का प्रमाणन।
- नियमित रोज़गार प्राप्त करने की योग्यता अर्जित करना।
प्रतिष्ठान लाभ
- पंजीकृत प्रतिष्ठान अपने कुल कार्यबल, जिसमें नियमित व संविदात्मक कर्मचारी शामिल होंगे, के 15% की संख्या तक छात्र-प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को प्रशिक्षण दे सकते हैं।
- प्रतिष्ठान को निर्धारित न्यूनतम स्टाइपेण्ड की 25% राशि युवाओं के बैंक खाते में जमा करनी होगी। प्रतिष्ठान उसके लिए निर्धारित राशि से अधिक राशि देने के लिए स्वतंत्र होगा।
- प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा राशि जमा करने के बाद निर्धारित स्टाइपेण्ड का 75% राज्य शासन की ओर से छात्र-अभ्यर्थी को DBT के माध्यम से भुगतान किया जाएगा।
- योजना के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षण की निर्धारित अवधि (सामान्यतः 1 वर्ष) तक स्टाइपेण्ड दिया जावेगा।
- योजना अंतर्गत 46 क्षेत्रों (sectors) एवं 700 से भी अधिक पाठ्यक्रमों (courses) में प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।
- एक छात्र-अभ्यर्थी पर प्रतिमाह 75% स्टाइपेण्ड की बचत होगी।
- छात्र-अभ्यर्थी पर EPF, Bonus एवं Industrial Dispute Act लागू नहीं होगा।
- छात्र-अभ्यर्थी, संघ की गतिविधि (Union Activities) में भाग नहीं ले सकेंगे।
- छात्र-अभ्यर्थी, सीखने के दौरान उत्पादन में योगदान देंगे।
- भविष्य के कुशल कारीगर तैयार होंगे।
अभ्यर्थी आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया
- योजना का क्रियान्वयन पोर्टल के माध्यम से होगा।
- प्रत्येक युवा द्वारा पोर्टल पर निर्धारित प्रारूप में आवेदन भरा जाएगा।
- आवेदक का चिन्हांकन समग्र आई.डी. के आधार पर किया जायेगा, तथा उसका e-KYC किया जाएगा।
प्रतिष्ठान आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया
- प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा EPF जानकारी दिए जाने की स्थिति में, भारत सरकार के एम्पलाइज प्रोविडेंट फंड ऑर्गेनाइजेशन (EPFO) से ऑनलाइन जानकारी प्राप्त की जाएगी और इसी के आधार पर प्रतिष्ठान के कुल कार्यबल का निर्धारण किया जाएगा।
- प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा उपलब्ध कोर्स में से पोर्टल पर प्रशिक्षण हेतु वैकेंसी प्रकाशित की जाएंगी, जो उनके लिए निर्धारित प्रशिक्षण सीमा के अधीन होगी।
- प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा प्रकाशित वैकेंसी के विरुद्ध पात्र आवेदकों को ऑनलाइन/दूरभाष/अन्यथा साक्षात्कार लिया जा कर उन्हे छात्र-अभ्यर्थी के रूप में चयनित किया जाएगा।
Training
Under the scheme, the selected youth are registered as student-candidates under courses approved by the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) through the Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development and Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB). The list of approved courses is available on the scheme website https://mmsky.mp.gov.in/ . The minimum educational qualification and prescribed duration for each course have been duly specified.
Candidate Eligibility
- Age between 18 and 29 years.
- Must be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh.
- Must have passed 12th / ITI or higher qualifications.
Establishment Eligibility
- Industrial and commercial establishments within the State possessing valid GST registration shall be eligible under the scheme.
- The scheme shall be applicable to all categories of private establishments, including Proprietorships, Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs), Companies, Partnership Firms, Trusts, Societies, etc.
Benefits for Candidates
- Industry-oriented training.
- Training through latest technologies and processes.
- Stipend during vocational training.
- SCVT certification issued by MPSSDEGB.
- Enhanced eligibility for regular employment.
Benefits for Establishments
- Registered establishments may engage Student-Trainees up to a maximum limit of 15% of their total workforce, inclusive of both regular and contractual employees.
- The establishment shall deposit a minimum of 25% of the prescribed stipend amount into the bank account of the Student-Trainee. However, the establishment may, at its discretion, provide a stipend amount exceeding the prescribed minimum.
- Upon receipt of the prescribed contribution from the establishment, the balance 75% of the stipend shall be disbursed to the Student-Trainee by the State Government through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mechanism.
- The stipend shall be payable for the duration of training (generally up to one year) as prescribed under the scheme.
- Training is provided under the scheme across more than 46 sectors and over 1133 approved courses.
- Since 75% of the stipend is borne by the State Government, the establishment benefits from a corresponding reduction in its stipend liability per Student-Trainee.
- The provisions relating to Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), Bonus, and the Industrial Disputes Act are not applicable to Student-Trainees under the scheme.
- Student-Trainees are not eligible to participate in any union activities during the training period.
- During the training period, Student-Trainees may contribute to production and operational activities as part of structured training.
- The scheme facilitates the development of a skilled and industry-ready workforce for future requirements.
